At Green Valley Public School, we follow a transparent and merit-based admission process. We welcome students from all backgrounds and believe every child deserves access to quality education. Admissions are granted on the basis of age-appropriateness, an informal interaction (for Pre-Primary and Grade I), or an entrance assessment (for Grades II and above), followed by a parent-student interview.
Online Registration
Visit our website and fill in the online application form with your child's details, preferred grade, and parent information.
Application Fee Payment
Pay the non-refundable application processing fee of ₹500 online or at the school office.
Document Submission
Upload scanned copies of all required documents through the portal or submit them at the Admissions Office.
Entrance Assessment
Students applying for Grades II and above appear for an age-appropriate written assessment in English, Mathematics, and General Awareness.
Parent–Student Interaction
A brief interaction with the school's admission panel to understand the family's educational philosophy and the child's interests.
Admission Confirmation
Shortlisted families receive an offer letter. Confirm the seat by completing fee payment within 10 working days.
Eligibility & Age Criteria
Pre-Primary (LKG): Child must be 3 years 6 months as on 1st April of the admission year. Child must be 4 years 6 months as on 1st April of the admission year. Grade I: Child must be 5 years 6 months as on 1st April of the admission year. Grades II – VIII: Transfer Certificate from the previous school and satisfactory performance in the entrance assessment. Grade IX: Must have passed Grade VIII from a recognised school. Grade XI: Minimum 60% aggregate in Grade X CBSE Board examinations. Stream-specific cut-offs may apply.
